A luxurious, updated house in the Smoky Mountains offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (all full bathrooms are private en-suite) overlooking downtown (sleeps up to 14 adults), Walking distance to downtown Bryson City's shops, dining and craft breweries with live music. Great Smoky Mountains Railroad is also minutes away. Easy and quick 10 minute drive for fishing, tubing and hiking at Deep Creek.

Luxury, Space and Convenience - all in one perfect spot! Welcome to the Bryson Fold - a gorgeous, updated, historic stone home overlooking Downtown Bryson City & The Great Smoky Mountains. Walking distance to Dining, Shops and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. 5 bedrooms in the main home, all with ensuite bathrooms for privacy. 2 Gathering Spaces, 2 Full Kitchens. Vast outdoor space includes a fire table and a firepit, Hot Tub, Games, and Outdoor Dining for 16. Walking Path to Downtown.

Guests will have access to both floors of the entire home, the driveway for up to 6 vehicles; the walking path to town, the entire back patio (both levels) and the green space below the rental cabin on property.

Upon arrival, guests can access the property through the Schlage keypads on the front door of each property. When booking your stay, please enter the correct number of guests that will be staying on the property. Maximum occupancy at the main home is 14 guests, including children (Two of the beds are bunks and there is also a pullout sofa on the lower level).

Hosts are just a call, text or email away for any needs during your stay. We have local staff who can tend to emergencies. Please allow extra time during weekends and holidays.

The cabin is set at a distance from the main home, affording privacy to those in the cabin.

***ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum Occupancy for the main home is 14 guests, including children. There is one pack and play onsite as well for an infant or toddler not included in the guest count. If you would like to bring extra guests, please contact us in advance.

You can tell the owners took a lot of care and preparing this home for visitors because we felt completely at home and didn’t lack anything we were looking for or needed. The entire place was beautifully decorated and supplied. The views were the best in the town and it was such an easy quick little walk for an entire family down to town and around and back to the house. I can recommend this place with the highest of praise.

We absolutely love this house! There are so many things that the owner thought of to make our stay wonderful! The things that really stood out were:- each bedroom had a full length mirror and a box fan- the mattresses were so comfortable, my husband slept great every night which never happens- the stocked coffee station was very much appreciated. They thought of everything.- the decor of the house is awesome! We were blown away by the attention to detail. - the big picture window overlooking downtown and the mountains was the best part of this house. One of our guests said it was like a Hallmark Movie. - the short walk to downtown was awesome, we hardly drove anywhere during our stay- the outdoor areas were great! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit table- there were plenty towels and linens which was a plus and appreciated- we loved having the blackout window treatments in each bedroom- we enjoyed the arcade games, ping pong, and all of the other games provided - the landscaping around the house is beautiful! We will definitely plan a future trip at this house. It is definitely in the top 5 houses we have stayed in. The host was also very responsive if we had any questions, etc.
