Country Modern Retreat - Sleeps 12 - Cowboy Pool - 12 miles to TAMU

DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to @OmbréStays - Bryan/College Station’s pre-eminent stay! It is the modern love child of an architect (me) and 15 shades of green (paternity test results not provided).

This baby has everything you will need to enjoy your time in BCS. Room for 12, FIRE PIT, corn hole, epic kitchen, covered patio, 85" flat-screen tv, floor to ceiling glass, and all this just 12 miles from Texas A&M University.

High speed Internet is provided by STARLINK (aka SpaceX, aka Elon Musk)

VIBE:
Clean. Modern. Comfortable. Light - We put alot of glass on this house so the MVP, natural light, is abundant and the feeling of connection to nature is omnipresent. It is sleek and warm. The main living space has has 24' vaulted ceilings and double doors that open up to an airy patio with outdoor seating and an dining table.

ON ACREAGE:
This newly constructed modern gem is situated on over an acre of land in the peaceful Brazos Valley country. Chances of you spotting some deer, birds, and having the best few days of your life are about 99%. Check out our fire pit with seating, string lights, and play a game of corn hole.

SLEEPING:
The home is furnished with four comfortable queen-size beds (sleeps 8) and two bunks (sleeps 4). Note that the loft holds two of the queen beds and is accessible via loft ladder. We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!

COOKING:
Our custom built 10ft butcher block island is really the hub of the entire home. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Not to mention the gas range, and refrigerator with built in tv/bluetooth speaker. Now THAT'S what I call excessive. Olive oil, salt, and pepper provided.

COFFEE:
We have a Keurig with both for single pours and a full pot. K-cups, ground coffee, filters, cream, and sugar are provided. We also have tea and an electric kettle.

TECH:
The living room is furnished with an 85" Samsung flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends and family. There is also 55" Samsung flat-screen tv in the primary suite for some REAL Netflix and chill. High speed Internet is provided by STARLINK (again, Elon Musk, love that guy). Connect to the soundbar via bluetooth to pump the jams and let the good times roll.

RANDOM STUFF YOU'LL NEED:
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, oxygen and more. We are working to get a hot tub and more fun country stuff ASAP so check back in soon.

You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the front yard, backyard, and covered patio. Note that the property next door with the pond is a separate and not part of this booking.

SAFETY AND OTHER NOTES:
COWBOY PLUNGE POOL: Please be safe around this area and use common sense. Guests are responsible to monitor any children or adults that act like children. NO DIVING. NO PEEING IN THE POOL. NO DOGS IN THE WATER. NO GLASS. NO RUNNING. NO PUSHING. BE SAFE.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with an exterior camera doorbell at the front entrance. This camera faces away from the patio, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Please use the loft ladder with caution and monitor any children using it.

We do allow pets! Please include how many of your furry friends you are bringing in your booking so that it will reflect additional charges. While we do not charge for a service animal, we do however charge for emotional support animals.
