« We had such a nice stay at this property during our recent trip. We were there for a reunion in Statesboro. The owners made sure we had all we needed and the sweetest touch was the note/drawing (that I left by mistake :() and the snacks. I will definitley have this home on my list for future trips to GA. »

« We came for the weekend to see our niece and go to Georgia Southern football game with her. ( she is a freshman at GSU). How fortunate we were to stay at this house with its charm and nature rich lake, outdoor swing and outdoor fire pit. Sit on the back porch and look over the lake or drop a hook in the water and catch some fish. ( we brought our fishing poles ! About 10-15 minutes to the University. When we come back we will definitely be staying here! Price is very reasonable, Beds...

« My family stayed here for a week and everything was as listed. There’s a lively donut shop about a two minute walk down the road which my family and I all enjoyed! It’s a quiet street and conveniently located to grocery stores, gas stations. The host was very responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to visit, we’ll be sure to try and book again! »

« We stayed at this little cottage when we came up to move our daughter into GSU. It was perfect for our needs! It’s in a great neighborhood, very convenient to everything we needed. The house was cozy and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owner was very responsive to my messages. We will definitely stay here again when we come up to visit our new Eagle! »

« This rental was flawed from the beginning. The complex does not allow short term rentals, there is no check in process. The key was hanging on a hook by the front door for anyone to see. There was no phone number to contact. Both the complex and VRBO tried to reach out to the host with no response. There were no instructions inside the unit, no wifi, a phone jammer must have been present because phones would not work inside of unit. There were cameras in the unit that I unplugged. « Emailed owner for check in info twice but received no response until VRBO contacted him. Received key code an hour before check in. Loved the location. House is older & could use some updating. Will have to agree with other renters that air conditioner in living room is very noisy. But it did do a good job cooling the house down. Recliner looks new and was very comfortable. The couch was saggy & very uncomfortable for sitting. And the couch covers smelled like dogs. »
