« An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you »

« Room prices are over priced for what you get with some overlooking the main road so expect a disturbed nights sleep. The bed is comfortable though. Oh and the TV didn’t have a signal despite the pubs proximity to the top of a hill. Even though a breakfast is included with your stay, having service start at 09:30 is very late and may not suit most people’s needs. Food in the restaurant is about average, the reference to Michelin may mislead you and there’s only 2 options for veggies. Even on...
