The metro stop is right behind the hotel - you can get downtown in 10 minutes. Note: building is shared by doctor’s offices. Apartment style hotel rooms are on the floors above.'

'I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced...
