Check-in was tricky (involving several platforms, filling in a check-in form and uploading photos of various documents - fiddly and time-consuming - also the check-in instruction was ambiguous on the lockbox location, so I had to make a late-night call to the host for help to clarify it) and then check-out was a nightmare, as the keycode on the lockbox had been changed (why?) and the code on the checkout instructions...
