Property is old and run down. Room looked out on I-35 and corresponding noise. Ice buck was dirty. Food at breakfast was good and staff person there tried her best to keep up but there was a leak in the ceiling in the middle of the room that required a bucket. Coffee was horrible.., just coffee colored ...

Perfect location for getting to restaurants & downtown quilt shops. Very quiet & very clean. Comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay again. Loved the assortment of k-cups & ground coffee as well as some snacks. We did have to get ice & wasn’t able to use the garage. Didn’t see a garage door ...
