Relish your meal together at the dining table or whip up a barbecue dinner on the gas grill and eat together on the sunny deck surrounded by a lush pine forest. If you like variety, Copper Mountain is only 18 miles away, and Keystone is 12 miles away. And summer travelers can make the short nine-mile trip to Dillon Reservoir for water activities. Try your hand at geocaching, do some fly fishing, or do a segway tour. The kids will love the Summer Fun Park. At the end of your busy days, head to the village for shopping, dinner, and drinks, or check out Breckenridge Distillery and Broken Compass Brewery. In the winter, downhill, boarding, cross country, and snowshoeing are virtually outside your door. With 1061 acres of bowls, 25 acres of terrain parks, 187 trails, and 34 lifts, snow enthusiasts of all skill levels will have no problem filling their days with fun, exhilarating activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
