River Ridge was so easy to work with, called last minute and got early check in which was very helpful,,,someone always answers the phone, which is great customer service and appreciated. Only complaint is that it’s little longer walk to gondola- it’s up a hill so after skiing all day, needs a ride. But easy walk to Main Street

Great comfortable property in a great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented several properties through River Ridge and Paragon and all have been comfortable and well maintained. French Street Retreat was hands down the favorite we’ve stayed in. It was nice that the entire property had been fully renovated (including all bathrooms) and they chose comfortable furniture. The kitchen was super functional and well stocked (even though we didn’t use it). Too many good restaurants in Breck these days. Great location and highly recommend.

Great Family Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another excellent stay in Breck and the "French Street Retreat" was a wonderful place to call home while we were there (five people in our party). The check in process was easy, the home is outstanding, spacious, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent--we walked everywhere--Main Street shops and restaurants, Quicksilver lift, and Gondola--and the shuttle stop is just on the corner. We highly recommend this house if you're looking for a spot for a family vacation. We look forward to returning.

Minor issues: front right burner on stove does not light reliably and need a better cork screw. Overall great experience and would stay again.

French Street Retreat was a treat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house, very clean, laid out well and has all the amenities we wanted. Thorough instructions re checking in and checking out. Good location, easy walk to Main Street. Full complement of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Nice beds, linens, and towels. Maybe this is picky, but we could not find any hot pads for removing pans from oven, and could use some plastic glasses for use in hot tub. Didn't respond to after hours "emergency" phone call until the next morning.
