'The second time at the Pan Pacific London was even better than the first time. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer a tube of Duptique hand cream anymore but other than that everything was excellent!

'We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and everything was there. The room was also nice and quiet which made sure you could relax after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Downstairs at the bar it was also nice to hang out. The only point of criticism was the breakfast, this was little for the amount charged. Other receptionists and staff were friendly too, ready to help with their information. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean. 'Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything.
Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there).

'Ik heb hier 2 nachten verbleven en het was een prima verblijf. Voor wat je betaald krijg je veel ruimte! Echt waar voor voor je geld. Op zo'n kleine footprint alles hebben wat je nodig is, dat is niet eenvoudig. Maar het is er wel. Alles is nieuw. Belangrijkste is een goed bed en comfortabele badkamer. (Niet groot, maar wel praktisch!) De keuken is goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt.
