Brouwerij van Saku

Hotelroom sized appartment near centre. VIP treatment: no upgrade available (understandable with Xmas) so instead 4 small teabags for 2 persons/4 nights and coffee beans which seems to be the welcome drink as well. After contacting reception I only received bot like, repetitive answers. No clue about VIP Access. Expedia helpdesk tried to explain them but after that I again received scripted answers and that the 4 cups of tea and coffee beans were the VIP treatment. Plus a lot of folded hands emojis. Checkout information was 07.00 instead of the mentioned 11.00 on the Expedia website. Later checkout was possible against a fee. The reception told me they received information during the checkin that I was leaving early (no idea where that came from, not me). Anyhow: before I left I was invited to their Inner Circle program which would offer all kind of benefits including free late checkout.
