« Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend. »

« The staff was very nice. Wasn't crazy about the room's floor plan. The placement of the desk doesn't make sense. I know it is to divide the room but the pole at the end of the desk cuts off the view of the TV and the placement of the couch is also odd. Other than the floor plan, my stay was good. »

« This an older property, needs some love. One of the bedrooms did not have a door handle. No wash clothes provided. Was originally given the wrong code for entry. »

« This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...

« Took more than 20 minutes to gain access to the unit as the code for the door was inaccurate and took a long time to get reset. Plastic sheets on 1 bed. Missing towels. WiFi did not work. »
