The Space:

From the moment you walk through the door, you will find that the Little family (owners) have thought of it all when considering your stay!

After a day of Branson fun, you will be surprised to come back to such a restful and relaxing place! The living room offers soft leather seating with plenty of room for the family to enjoy their time playing games or watching a movie on the cable/satellite all while surrounded by the updated fireplace wall, making those precious memories.

For the cook in the group, the well-equipped and updated kitchen will be heaven on earth! The upgraded cabinets, hard surface counter-tops, slide out shelving, and quality appliances will have them showing off their skills! When you finally get the cook out of the kitchen, the large dining room table has room for everyone to have a seat and break some bread!

At the end of your fun filled evening, you will be so thankful the Littles didn't hold back on the luxury as you sink into your premium bed to dream about what tomorrow has in store. Don't forget to spend some time on the outdoor patio, enjoying the incredible golf views and the golfers tee off from Thousand Hills 13th hole! You can also do this from the VERY LARGE enclosed patio with outdoor seating and a mini-air hockey table for the kids or the kids at heart!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master Bedroom - king size bed (sleeps 2), premium mattress and bedding, pillows with pillow cover and cases, bathroom in room, true master, flat screen TV, cable/satellite, reading lamps, alarm clock, extra blanket for those cool nights, also includes door that goes directly to the enclosed patio.

Bedroom 2 - king size bed (sleeps 2), premium mattress and bedding, pillows with pillow cover and cases, flat screen TV, cable/satellite, extra blankets, reading lamps, and alarm clock.

Living Room - queen pull out sofa, bedding, and pillows.

Additional - upon request, we will provide a queen air bed that is self inflating and blows up to 21" high, bedding, pillows, and a portable crib.



INCLUSIONS:

Bathrooms - soft towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, blow dryer, hand mirror, and bath mats.

Kitchen includes: fully equipped and updated quality appliances, new backsplash, hard surface counter-top, Pots/pans, drinkware, seating for 12+, mixing bowls, baking dishes/sheets, whisks, measuring cups/spoons, spatulas, servings utensils, Blender, Crockpot, hand mixer, Etc...

Other inclusions: high-speed internet, cable/satellite TV, portable crib, cleaning supplies, full size washer/dryer (detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets included), outdoor furniture, board games/cards, and a lot of FUN!

The Neighborhood:

Seriously, one of the best central locations in all of Branson! A few blocks from the Branson strip! Get anywhere in minutes. Shows, museums, and family activities are all within a couple miles from this excellent location. Located on the same block as the Thousand Hills Clubhouse so you don't even need a caddy to get your clubs to check-in for your tee time!! 15-20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. 10 minutes to the Branson Landing and historic downtown Branson! Ask for the address and you will see how close it is to everything!!

**This condo is located down a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for mobility impaired. There are approximately 16 steps.

**Golf course fees are not included in your nightly rate or reservation



**This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets.

**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.

**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The registered service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The registered service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
