Tuck in by the electric fireplace for a relaxed movie night, or get busy in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a delicious dinner at home. The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances, barstool seating, cookware, and coffee maker for your convenience. Share meals and quality time around the dining table set for 6.



This home sleeps up to 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.

- Bedroom #2 is a bunk bed room with 4 twin size beds, plus 1 twin size trundle.

- Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, deck access, gorgeous lake views, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks walk-in shower.

- This unit is a walk-up unit, an elevator is available for use (36 steps if required).

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

- This home offers 2 unassigned parking spaces

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

This ideal location puts you within 10 minutes from downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 15-20 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
