Dreamweaver Cabin is a modern cabin with a flipped floor plan: the great room, kitchen, dining and one bedroom/bathroom are on the upper level where you have the best view.



The lower level where you enter the home has three bedrooms/bathrooms, laundry, bonus area, and the covered patio with foosball, hot tub, and gas grill.



Each bedroom has its own bath at Dreamweaver Cabin, so there’s no waiting in line to get ready.



Three of the 4 bedrooms have king-sized beds, the last bedroom has a queen with a twin trundle, and there’s also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the bonus area.



Meal prep for a big crew is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. And when we say fully equipped, we mean it!



You’ll find all the utensils, cookware, serving dishes and small appliances to keep everyone fed and caffeinated, right down to the KitchenAid mixer and French press for your morning coffee.



Sit down to a feast in the dining area with our large table with a space for everyone to sit down and enjoy.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD



Right up the road from Moonshine Beach (we actually have a view of the beach!) and no more than 15-20 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.



Our community of Summer Bay is right off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

SWIMMING POOLS, PLAYGROUND, PICKLEBALL COURT



Yes, plural is correct -- there are 3 pools in the neighborhood that you have access to! There's a year-round heated indoor pool and 2 outdoor swimming pools that are a quick walk from the front door.



The kiddo's playground is next to the lower outdoor pool and the pickleball court is on the middle street on your way to the pools.



The path to the lake is at the corner of the neighborhood, and starts with a boardwalk and then a walk through the woods.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOOKINGS



☎️ Your contact information on file for your stay. This includes your name, phone number, email, and mailing address.



✏️ Signed guest agreement is required for all bookings. You can read it in full in the House Rules before you book. A link to access and sign will be sent after you book.



💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.



🚗 Pre arrival checkin including your selfie holding your drivers license or government issued photo ID because this property is self checkin.



🆔 Our credit card processor will perform a secure credit card verification after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.



The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.



If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE



You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.



Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
