Condo was beautifully decorated and the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do while not being right in the center of it all. Neighborhood was quiet with no concerns. We did also enjoy the homeowners recommendations for food and activities and took a few of them!

The condo was clean and well kept. We were not aware that one bedroom was upstairs which was ok but the stairs leading to it are very steep with no hand rail. It was a difficult clump for us older folks.

Perfect get away

This was perfect for a long weekend for our family. We have 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. The property was clean and beautifully updated. We were close to anything we wanted to do in Branson. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing! The property was as advertised. Very quiet and friendly people surrounding, quick access to surrounding activities. Getting in touch with the property manager was easy and they were quick to respond. We will definitely return.

It was a nice property. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to all of the attraction we visited. We were warned that there was a parking pass that we must use or be towed. When we got there, it was not there. We let the manager know. Response was prompt. The previous visitors left and did not leave it there. There was a known issue with the living room tv. The kids just used the one upstairs. King bed is upstairs, queen is downstairs. If I had my pick, it would be opposite. We still have a child that sleeps with us in a king bed. I wasn’t comfortable leaving the kids downstairs, so we squeezed in the queen bed downstairs and let the others sleep upstairs. There definitely needs to be more washcloths and towels. I had to wash the sets we had every morning before we left so we had clean ones when we got back at night. The upstairs room was quite a bit warmer than dowstairs. I’ve stayed in another unit in Branson in the summer, it was the same way. I will just try not to book two-story in summer in the future. Over all it was a nice size for what we needed and clean,.

Cute Condo. Good Location.

Location is decent. It's just off the main drag. Out of the way enough to be quiet but close enough that everything is within 10-15 mins. The condo itself was updated and nicely decorated. It is a one bedroom with a loft, which we knew because we read reviews. Apparently, that was a surprise to some, so just reiterating. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The couch is kind of hard, but if you slide out the trundle for your feet, it helps. Also, the house isn't really stocked with anything. It had the standard amount of toilet paper, but there wasn't even a full roll of paper towels and zero tissues. There is coffee and there are filters, but no sugar or condiments of any kind. Absolutely no shampoo or shower soap of any kind. We usually bring our own, so it didn't matter, but that is a thing that I've noticed most other VRBO's we've stayed in will have and this one didn't. All in all, we would stay again.

Well appointed but upstairs bedroom is a loft

Beautiful condo and nicely done. The map makes it look like it is a long way off the highway, but it only takes 3 minutes. (There is a convenience store at the entrance to the area.) Very easy access to yellow route, Silver Dollar City & Billie Gails. Main microwave was broken but there was a countertop one there that worked fine. VRBO was (very) slow in returning our damage deposit, but once I emailed the host, she took care of that right away. Leaving was easy in that all we had to do was start dishwasher and take out trash. Living room seating was a little awkward with couch on one side and 4th place to sit was across the room due to the layout. I would have rated this 5 star all the way except the 2nd bedroom was in a loft. (It did have it's own bathroom.) IF you go to bed and get up at the same time, this is no problem. However, from the loft bedroom, you hear everything in the kitchen, the front door and the downstairs exposed bathroom sink area.

Cozy Little Condo in Fall Creek

This condo is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit. It was well stocked with all the amenities to prepare meals if you do not want to go out. The unit was very clean and newly updated. There is also a sofa that converts into an extra bed it you need one. The hosts (Heather and Chad) were very responsive to the questions we had during the booking process. The unit was within reasonable distance to Silver Dollar City and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is also a golf course within a half mile of the community. The community actually butts up to lake Taneycomo. There is a marina about a 5 minute walk from the unit. I think you will enjoy your stay.
