'We had a wonderful stay. Super easy check in. Donovan was very responsive.The house was gorgeous. Huge kitchen with every dish or utensil you could need.The house was clean and comfortable.We had 4 adults and 6 kids and not once did we feel crowded. It's conveniently located near a ton of stores and close to the turnpike.The pool was great. We loved the extra seating outside and had coffee on the covered patio every morning.At night, we took walks through the neighborbood.Highly recommend this...

'Two other tenants, whom I did not meet have dogs that kept barking both during the day and especially at night. This prevents me from a restful evening and sleeping at night. They also stink up the joint. Perhaps the dogs should be kept OUTSIDE.'

'We would agree that this is a charming bungalow near the beach. We went for an extended weekend from the Central Florida area. The hosts were readily available to provide beach recommendations and to address our needs. We would definitely stay here again for another Florida staycation. '

'This place was a great space for us to stay at while visiting family for the holidays. Clean and easy to get into. The check in process was simple and they were easy to work with. Lots of things in somewhat walking distance or driving distance if walking isn't your speed. Soft bed and plenty of pillows. The bathtub is HUGE!!! The pool looked nice even with it not being heated, which makes a lot of sense in the area. For the time we were there the price was excellent and I hope it stays that way...

'The property manager, Juan, was very kind and quick to respond. There was a minor mishap with checking in and he was able to talk me through it right away. The room itself was very clean and welcoming, however the property grounds could have used some upkeep. The nearby washer and dryer was convenient (just make sure you bring quarters). The residential family on the other side were not a bother at all, they seemed sweet. The neighborhood overall had a family vibe and felt safe. For the price...

'Clean and comfortable. Nice common areas, like the kitchen and shared bathroom. The room I stayed in, room A, shares a wall with the air conditioning unit so it might be too noisy for light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable.'

'Just like the pictures. The pool, mini golf and the arcade game were a huge hit. Nothing like waking up, and walking outside to have some fun. We didn’t ask to have the pool heated, but we’re from Michigan and let me tell ya, it was like bath water without the heater (good Thing). Beds were comfy and lots of areas to lounge around.
