You must follow the NSW Code of Conduct for short term rentals. No Noise before 8am and after 10pm. No soap products in the spa.
No pets allowed on beds and couches and clean after you pets. Cleaning fees of $100 are requested if you want to use the BBQ and not clean it.
No wet towels on beds. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the gym. Guests are required to clean the gym equipment after use.

The house was clean and tidy, amazing sets of things to do - games, puzzles, books etc - to keep you entertained even if it's bad weather. Spa is pristine and serviced. Lovely new kitchen and large bathroom. Manon was very accommodating to changes we needed and great to be in contact with. Would absolutely stay again!

The house is wonderful. Just laying eyes on the lovely backyard area gave us immediate good vibes. It's obvious the hosts have taken particular care to make things pleasant and easy. We appreciated that there was loads of glassware, cutlery, bowls etc in the kitchen to handle any need.

Fantastic holiday house

This is the best holiday house we have ever found - it has so much to offer for a large family or a couple of couples, so well equipped,super clean,everything nicely labelled and in great condition, manuals available for every appliance. The beach is right around the corner. And its dog friendly!! Plus the owners are very lovely and quick to respond to messages :) highly recommend it!

Home from home

The property is fantastic, we just completed 5 nights and it had everything you could possibly need and more. The owners were very responsive and Michelle does an amazing job of cleaning. Our boys LOVED the ping pong table and trampoline and our daughter found her happy place reading in the swinging chair. So much space for everyone - we were able to relax and the kids were occupied from the minute we arrived. The kitchen is really well equipped and has everything you could possibly need which is important feeding my hungry boys! The spa was wonderful. We have had a really great holiday - thank you so much

Such a great family holiday spot!

So much care has clearly gone into creating this fantastic family holiday house. It really had everything we could have asked for and so many thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of goodies, a series of beautifully collated welcome manuals full of helpful information and even take away containers in the pantry for taking leftovers home. There was always plenty for the kids to do with ample games and palces to play and there were so many comfy spots for me to curl up with my book while the kids played happily. Our favourite things were relaxing in the spa under the festoon lights, playing and star gazing on the huge trampoline, many fooseball matches and movie nights in front of the enormous TV. And of course taking the dog for a play at the beach just a few minutes down the road. Our hosts were friendly and very promptly resolved a problem with the spa so we could enjoy it. It was a great long weekend getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Manon and Bryan.

Christmas at Culburra Beach

What a fabulous home. This is our second time here. Stayed for Christmas with a family of 7 and our dog. Large enough so we could spread out. Lots of room for entertaining and games room.Clean and tidy. The spa was a big hit. Short stroll to the beach. Two toilets and showers plus outdoor shower. Manon and Bryan did a great job with extra Christmas decorations and nice welcome hamper. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation.

Perfect get away stay!

We are a small group of ladies that love to get away once a year to catch up, relax, share a few laughs and wines, breaking it all up with trips to local markets and shops. Last year was so great, we did it again this year and will book it for the same time in 2025. Great holiday home away from home with a spa, few minutes walk to the beach - beautiful location - highly recommend this stay (as long as you don't want the same weekend as us....) Beach Stay Love has absolutely everything going for it. A lovely home in a quiet street 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Culburra Beach and a 20 minute stroll to local cafes, restaurants, shops and woollies. The house was the cleanest holiday rental we have stayed in. All linen is of high quality and comfort. Plenty of beds for a large family or even 2 families. Cosy fireplace and air conditioning. We absolutely loved the spa and our kids enjoyed the trampoline, table tennis and games. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. You won’t need to pack anything except for the food you plan to cook and eat. We rally enjoyed all the games and puzzles available. Lots of fun competitions were played. Our kids enjoyed having a lounge area and tv just for them to chill out. Our dogs enjoyed the great secure back yard and enjoyed curling up in front of the fire each night. It truly is a beautiful holiday home and we would love to return in the Summer months. We had such a relaxing time. Loved the art work too. Thank you Manon and Bryan for your hospitality.

Relaxing Short Stay

Good location with walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants. Property was well equipped with everything you would require for a short or long stay, clean and very spacious. Access to wifi and netflix was great. Thank you for accommodating our furbabies, we did find it was quite a large yard for our small dogs but great for families with plenty of space for activities. Perfect Family Home away from home

We had a wonderful time. Even with rain there was just much to do and entertain at the house that we didn't mind. Culburra surf was rough and had bluebottles but it was a short trip to gorgeous Callalla.
