'Coastal Capers was the perfect place for a family getaway. It was a clean, open and well styled house, with 5 bedrooms, a large dining table to seat all of us and a lounge area that opened out to an outdoor/ undercover area, which was great for entertaining. It was in the perfect location, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the local bowling club and local shops/ cafes/ restaurants. The only thing that I would add to the house would be an extra shower as one bathroom was inconvenient with 7...

'Great family friendly home in walking distance to the beach. Cosy with lots of amenities such as pool, fire pit, bikes, hammock, etc. Lots of bird wild life too! Really enjoyed our family holiday here!'

'The location was amazing. Outside however, was a mess, the lawn was overgrown ans so were the trees ans it was dirty. Inside the downstairs fridge didnt work, the shower head was terrible, the linen for the kids was not provided and there were cockroaches and cobwebs everywhere. The hot water pressure was nearly non existent. Sure, we were close to the beach but we could have paid 6k for another listing and been just as close. '

'Lovely spacious house with a great kitchen and a big yard. Unfortunately there were a few issues eg blocked drain, the fridge handle broke, not enough bowls (only 7 for 6 of us). The property managers were great and fixed these as quickly as possible. The other issue was construction noise, so that as a light sleeper in the main bedroom I was woken up before 7 every day. Not really what you want on holidays and I feel it should be noted on the property profile. Also the fenced yard was not great...
