'Everything was top'

'Nothing special. Location OK.'

'The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.'

'Perfect location.'

'Worth every penny. Exceeded expectations. Fully recommend.'

'This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. There was a mixup when I asked...

'We loved the property for the view. The distance from the beach is not 10 minutes' walk. You can't walk to the beach, and guests should be aware before booking. The shuttle bus should run more frequently instead of once a day; this will give the guests more accessibility to and from the hotel. During our stay, a few of the guests who checked in left to stay elsewhere due to the distance and the limited access to the beach. We also wanted to leave, but due to our lengthy stay, nothing was...

'Great place to stay and staff was very friendly.'

Personeel is vriendelijk.'
