'THIS IS NOT A LISTING FOR THE PALMS HOTEL AND CASINO! The address is actually for Palms Place, next door. This is a VRBO, not a hotel booking. That wasn't abundantly clear when I booked. The bad: I tried to check in to the front desk at the Palms. They couldnt find my reservation. Took the front desk person and I about 20 minutes to examine the minute difference in the addess.. 'We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, clean and super comfortable, We loved having a more peaceful, upscale vibe while still being close to all the action. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Spent 3 nights, no housekeeping- we expected at least enough supplies. Toilet paper was insufficient. Iron was working wonky. Texted the number given to us- no response. The tower 1 pool closes at 6pm. Lazy river pool was shut down for the week. If you’re looking just for a place to sleep for budget it’s fine, don’t expect it to be more.'

'The room was fine. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Specifically the bench by the bed and the couch have quite a bit of stains. The view is pretty nice, no balcony though so keep that in mind. I like that the hotel is connected to the MGM. Access to the strip is really convenient. Communal bath products. 'My daughter wasn’t feeling well, so we asked to check in early, and they were very accommodating. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant. Once you’ve experienced the check-in process, you might find it more comfortable than staying at a hotel.'
