Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. 'The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.'
