I stayed in this two-bedroom apartment with my family during my SNHU graduation weekend, and the experience fell short of expectations.
At first glance, the apartment appeared clean, but we later found blonde hairs throughout the space, which raised concerns about how thoroughly it was cleaned. The unit is listed to accommodate five guests, yet only three sets of towels were provided. We ended up purchasing additional towels ourselves, and later noticed extra towels left outside the door in a public hallway, which felt both unprofessional and unsanitary.
The check-in process was especially frustrating. We waited in the lobby for over an hour with a five-year-old child because the cleaner had the key and was supposed to drop off towels. When she arrived, she was in pajamas and house shoes and did not clearly communicate that the key had already been placed in the lockbox. When I tried to get clarification, I was directed to an online portal that was not user-friendly and did not resolve the issue.
There was also no accessible or handicap parking available for guests, which should be more clearly disclosed in the listing.
Overall, this experience negatively impacted what should have been a very special graduation weekend. I requested a modest two-hour checkout extension due to the earlier inconvenience, but that request was not accommodated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property or management group.
