'The apartment was located in a separate building from the main hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist only mentioned that “the apartment is in the next building” without properly guiding us to the unit, which could be quite troublesome, especially for families arriving late in the evening. 'Tijdens onze huwelijksreis door Borneo hebben wij 5 nachten in Citadines doorgebracht. Super mooie moderne kamers/ appartement, alles schoon en goede service. Om 11 uur rijdt er een hotelservice busje langs drie stops waar je uit kunt stappen. Perfecte fitnessruimte met goede toestellen. Een grote mall aan de overkant en binnen 5 taximinuten aan de Riverside. Ontbijt is prima. Citadines is een echte aanrader!!!'

'Room was clean with a nice view of bay, great swimming pool overlooking bay. Great location right next to waterfront, market, shopping mall. Staff where all friendly during interaction. Can recommend staying here. Only small negative is the air conditioner was not great. But otherwise great stay, thanks. '

'This property was a masdive disappointment..i arrived at night and reception unmanned with a phone number to call..but i had just arrived in the country with no phone service. Finally someone came and gave me a key..the smell hit me as i opened the door..awful stink coming from under the sink..old dirty rags wet through mopping up a leaky sink.the pillows stank of stale sweat..they needed throwing out..shower had hot water for 2 minutes then nothing and no soap or shampoo provided..the white...
