- Entire house with private entrance. Single level- no indoor stairs. 2 bedrooms/ 2 full baths, 1 sleeper sofa in living room. Free washer/ dryer in house. Big Beautiful front porch! Guests loves to spend their time on the porch- there is a swing, rocking chairs and 6 person table. Many gathering places indoor and out. Gas fireplace and 2 smart tv's. Spacious kitchen with an eat at island. You are 5 minutes away from Boone but the location offers a serene mountain escape!

This home is conveniently located in Boone so you can go into town or to one of the other towns. The home has plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. It also has a large porch with a swing and dinning table. We would definitely stay here again if it is available. We appreciated the bread and jam the owners left for us too.

While we had no need for the fireplace during our stay, the property was very cozy. We appreciated the numerous and comfortable sitting options to just kick back and relax with the tv after a day of exploring. The welcome gift of a local bakery's bread and apple butter was a really thoughtful touch!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. We loved sitting on the front porch in comfort while drinking our morning coffee. We were able to good Easter dinner for our family in a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed Boone and all it has to offer with our App. State students. We will for sure be back!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved the openness of the kitchen/living room area. The house was very clean and well maintained. It also has plenty of parking.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. The home is always immaculate and the Christmas decorations were the cherry on top. The host is very responsive.

Our stay at this cabin in Boone, North Carolina was absolutely amazing. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly clean—everything you could possibly want for a relaxing getaway. Shane and Christine were outstanding hosts: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. The cabin was truly above and beyond our expectations; pictures don’t do justice to how stunning it is or how perfect the location is. The views, the setting, and the overall atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful stay at beautiful home
We stayed here for an ASU football game. The property was well maintained, clean and accommodating. There was even locally made jam and fresh bread waiting for us upon arrival. We will definitely be staying here for future visits to Boone!

We had a great getaway in Boone, and our host is a pro! The home was beyond our expectations, beautiful inside and out! Location is private yet close to everything. We felt so welcomed and at home here… I highly recommend, and we can’t wait to go back

Great Tweetsie Launch Spot
We very much enjoyed our stay - great place (we hung out on the beautiful front porch a lot) and close to Tweetsie which was on our to-do with the little ones. Had a little issue with the hot water but Christine got a plumber over to the property the same day and the issue was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home!
Christine is a wonderful host and the property is immaculate, highly recommend. We were only there for a weekend to visit our college student but loved the house and it’s convenient location to the college.

180 degree turn
We have stayed in several properties in Boone and this was the best experience we had. Everything with this property was outstanding. During our stay we had an event that changed the purpose of our visit and Christine was gracious enough to allow us to extend our stay for extra days. This was very helpful to us as we were experiencing a lot of stress and not having to worry about finding another place to stay was definitely helpful to us.

Incredible Stay - Perfect Location
We loved everything about this place - from the ideal location, to the communication with the hosts, to the warm welcome to both us (Stick Boy bread and apple butter) and the dog (dog biscuits), to the front porch swing and rockers, to the large yard, to the comical signs in the bathrooms, to an overall relaxing stay. We look forward to returning!

Perfect spot for App State families!!
Christine was super communicative, very helpful, and the house was fantastic. It’s a very short drive from App but also remote, so it’s a perfect balance.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
This is our 3rd time staying here and it gets better every time. The home is immaculate and has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Close to downtown Boone and area attractions. Quiet neighborhood with an amazing front porch for morning coffee and evening family gatherings. Great communication with the host. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Making memories in Boone
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and in a great location, and that porch was absolutely awesome! The property manager was easy to contact and even offered a location for some special pictures. We enjoyed a lovely gift of fresh local bread and jam, and look forward to visiting this property again.

Great home close to Boone
Stayed for the weekend with another couple. Very clean, quiet, well appointed, convenient location with < $10 Uber to downtown Boone. Porch was a star but the entire home was great. Will absolutely consider another stay here the next time we are up for a game or to visit our son at App State.
