Blackberry Ridge is an elegant log cabin home with an expansive floor plan and views to match. The spacious great room boasts a high cathedral ceiling and looks out towards the mountains through a two-story wall of windows. Enjoy cabin-style charm with a modern home layout.

This home features numerous activities for all ages, including a hot tub, multiple game tables, a full bar, and more. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas cooktop. The dining room seats 12 or more, with ample room and amenities in the home to entertain a large group. The lower-level bar has a mini-fridge, a wine cooler, a sink, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and an oven.

Though set in a very private setting, this home is conveniently near the Blue Ridge Parkway and only about 10 minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock. You will have hiking, sightseeing, and access to downtown all within a short drive.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

The cabin was spacious with lots of spaces to socialize and relax. We loved the view from the main balcony and made great use of all the games (pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball!) It was the perfect mountain retreat for three generations of family with ages ranging from 3 to 87!

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

Our family spent Christmas at this property and it was amazing! The home was decked out with Christmas trees, decorations, etc. The home itself has absolutely everything you need for a family vacation. So many games, areas to relax, great views, and a brand new hot tub. The home comes with all the essentials you need for cooking, great eating spaces for large groups (inside and outside). We really enjoyed our stay, plenty of parking, we had 5 cars and made it work easily. All around this was a great home and we can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Views

Absolutely Stunning!! We loved all of the different spaces for entertainment, definitely no way to be bored!! And yes the internet is not the best but you are on vacation so not a deal breaker!! It is close to everything!! The bedrooms are not on top of each other except for one in the basement so whoever wakes up first in the house put them there!! The host was very communicative! We really enjoyed our stay cant wait to be back….

Fantastic Fall Getaway!

The house is gorgeous, and all the gaming table options were amazing. There is a fantastic view, as well! The main living areas are both spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are so nicely arranged--each in separate parts of the house enabling wonderful privacy. We had a fabulous time playing air hockey, pool, shuffle board, ping pong, and poker.

Friends and I were looking for a nice place in the mountains that was off the beaten path and this was definitely the case. Gorgeous house with nice views. We spent most of our time outside on the two upper and lower decks but also loved playing some of the game the house offered.

A Phenomenal Vacation Home!

This property was absolutely IDEAL for our family getaway in the mountains! The building itself is totally gorgeous, the views are stunning, and the amenities were perfectly suited to provide comfort and entertainment for everyone in our party, (ages 3 to 73). Hats off to the folks who invested a considerable amount of effort and expense to make sure the property is clean and well organized. Thank you for providing us with a awesome experience. Beautiful house in a beautiful location!!

We loved the beautiful property at scenic Watauga county! Loved the large space of the house which allowed our large group to have fun as well. Its in a rural setting but has close access to shops. The house is well equipped with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved that there was a crib and infant high chair. The bedrooms are all well placed and are good sized so it gave all of us enough privacy. The only thing we think the property could improve upon was the outdoor deck space. The furniture outside was dirty and didnt appear to have been cleaned in a long time! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Beautiful house, with an amazing view!

We booked this house for our family to stay together for the weekend of my daughters graduation from ASU. It was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a large central gathering room to enjoy everyone’s company. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We cooked most meals there, since finding restaurants to seat 14 (sometimes more) people isn’t easy during graduation weekend. The kitchen was so well equipped we didn’t have to worry about anything. The homeowners have thought of every little detail to make your stay enjoyable, from towels at the hot tub to a well stocked game closet for the kids. The game room downstairs has something for everyone and the loft upstairs just adds to it. There was a little blip in trying to get into the house, but the rental company handled that quickly and we were back on track in no time. A wonderful weekend overall!!
