**Private Home:** This is our private cabin, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat our home with the respect you would your own. While we will address any issues as quickly as possible, please note there is no 24/7 on-site staff.

**Hot Tub Maintenance:** The hot tub is professionally serviced every Monday. This may occasionally require it to be drained and refilled, which could make it unusable for that one night as it reheats.

**Age Requirement:** Per our insurer's guidelines, guests under the age of 26 may be subject to an underage rental fee. Please inquire for details.

**Weather Notes** This cabin is located in the mountains, where snowfall is common. Under normal conditions, guests can access the cabin and the inclined driveway without any issues. However, during periods of severe weather, four-wheel drive, tire chains, and/or snow removal may be required.
