'Check in went smoothly for me. My king suite was sparsely furnished, in need of repairs and very outdated. The mattress on the king pull out was so thin that at first it didn't appear there was a mattress at all. No additional sheets, blankets or pillows were provided. There was no phone in the room. We wanted help with a couple of things during our stay and had to walk to the lobby to ask a question. The handle on our closet was missing, so we had to pry it open. On the back of the door the bottom was coming apart. The ceiling fixture has started to rust. It sounds bad, but it is not, it is just incongruent with the rest of the room/hotel. '
