'We do repeat stays at the Shelbyville Comfort Inn, because, it is always clean and reasonably quiet and the staff is courteous and helpful. I do wish their breakfasts would contain more diabetic friendly choices . So much of the food is carb loaded and although they have eggs and meat, the eggs are not fresh cooked but of the frozen variety. I eat cottage cheese at home for breakfast as it is protein, dairy and low carb. I suggest they try a few of the small serving size.'
