Fabiola was very hospitable and friendly, and immediately made my pups and I feel welcomed. Her extra little touches were so thoughtful. The cottage is very convenient, sweet and comfortable. I would definitely hope to stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our quick friends getaway to Acadia. Within an hour of the best spots and there was definitely more to explore that we didn’t have enough time to see. This host is also one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where and how things worked, gave recommendations for area sites and was extremely communicative. The place was clean and well equipped and our two dogs loved their stay as much as we did. Thank you so much!!!

This stay was exactly what we were hoping for. Fabiola is an amazing host full of great info on the surrounding areas. We stayed with our two dogs, and they loved the property as much as we did. The private beach area was gorgeous; a little hike down but totally worth it. The bed was comfy, and Fabiola provided all the basic necessities plus more! The Blue Hill area is a peaceful, beautiful town. Go get coffee from Bucklyn, walk the harbor in the evening, and take a walk through the park. It was about a 50 minute drive from Bangor and Bar Harbor. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the Cottage, which is extremely dog friendly. Fabiola was so thoughtful and detailed about our stay. The Cottage was a perfect retreat, and we so enjoyed exploring Blue Hill and its environs.

This property was just what I needed for a quiet and peaceful time in the woods. There is a beautiful trail through the forest, down to a private beach. I didn't see another soul but listened to birds and squirrels. I brought my dog and she loved the fenced yard right outside the door.The night sky was spectacular for stargazing. Everything in the cottage was clean and comfortable.The hostess, Fabiola, was very thoughtful and kind. She met me at checkin to show me how everything works and answered any questions. I would recommend this place and hope to go back again.

This was our favorite place to stay on our whole trip. It’s such an unexpected gem with a fantastic host. Fabiola took great care of the place, and was very hospitable whenever we had questions about the property or any food places, nearby attractions, etc. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend this location to others!

Fun Place in Blue Hill

This was a fun spot to stay at during our time in Maine. We enjoyed the place and particulary appreciated the A/C and dehumidifier and close location to Blue Hill!

This is a very special and unique property! Fabiola made us feel right at home… the cottage is comfy, spacious, and well decorated. A wonderful location for visiting Acadia, while also getting away from the crowds and into a classic little New England village.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Hills Cottage. Fabiola is the perfect host, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys hosting people. Super cozy and well appointed cottage, set in a beautiful landscape. It is the perfect place to stay if you have dogs, as it is fully fenced and perfect for them. Cottage was very quaint, private and well equipped. Everything we needed was at the cottage or close by. Some unique features such as private porch and beach. Host very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely be a place we would return to.

I need 6 stars for this review! Everything surpassed our hopes... the cottage is cozy, well appointed, and stylish. The host has thought ahead of every single detail. She was as open and friendly as she was informative and clear. We were warmly welcomed and then given space and privacy for the duration of our stay. The cottage, the private beach, the charming town of Blue Hill - everything hit all the right notes. We're looking forward to going back asap!

Maine Paradise

We cannot say enough good things about our week in Fabiola's place! The most perfect Maine getaway

My husband and I just spent an amazing week at Fabiola’s property with our dog. The space itself was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved the private beach access and the fenced in yard for our dog. The location was perfect for all of our hiking and exploring. Fabiola was such a great resource for suggestions and recommendations and was always very responsive. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!

Blue Hill Cottage

Blue Hill Cottage was perfect. The owner, Fabiola, met us upon arrival, gave us a tour, gave us welcoming gifts and was on call for all of our needs. She also sent dinner and touring information months in advance. It was the first time we did a trip where the owner actually planned out part of our vacation! It was much appreciated. Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Was stocked with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend!!!

Pup friendly hiking

This is the cutest apartment with close proximity to multiple hiking areas (also dog friendly). We were very comfortable staying for almost a week. The beach walk is a hike in itself but the beach is very private with gorgeous views. We were able to watch a regatta from the beach, as well. The kitchen & bathroom are very small but everything was well kept and functional. The bed was extremely comfy. The fenced in yard was also great for the dog!

Incredible stay

I have never felt more taken care of during our stay at Fabiola's beautiful cottage! My husband and I spent a weekend getaway here with our dogs, and it was nothing short of perfect. The cottage is impeccably decorated, the property is just plain special, especially if you're a dog owner, and Fabiola is a wonderful, attentive, and genuine host. My only regret is not staying a few more days--but we'll be back. :)
