'I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!'

'The apartment was spacious with a large living room. Only complaint was that the baseboard heaters were not working making the apartment fairly cold with mid-40's degree temps outside.'

'Super clean, modern, little home tucked away in the country. Nice bathroom, GREAT shower, kitchen had all we needed for cooking in. Living & BR very nice as well. Fantastic out door patio area, sunsets were beautiful.'

'Quick and easy check-in. The house is walking distance to the lake and we got to see the prettiest sunsets. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and a comfortable living room. Charming with creaky floors and steps. Definitely eat at The Farmhouse and the Sylvan Beach Bakery while staying here. '

'Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. '

'Amazing from start to finish. Took my gf here for her birthday. Jaw dropping experience. Incredibly unique. The bungalow was clean, way bigger than I expected and just beautiful. The animals were active. Got great photos. Firepit and s’mores were a bonus. 10/10'

'Everything was perfect about this stay, beginning with great communication with the host coordinator, Gabby, who was quick to respond to all questions, concerns about the stay leading up to our arrival. The rooms were immaculate, and interaction with the house keepers was nothing less than pleasant, they did a great job getting the room in order and clean.
