Vacances de Blinisht

Nous avions choisi la suite supérieure face a la mer. Nous n’avons pas été déçus. En un mot : magnifique ! C’est très propre. La piscine est à l’entrée et l’accès à la plage se fait en traversant la route devant l’hôtel. Le seul bémol, c’est le stationnement. Nous avons eu de la chance trouver une place dans le petit parking à côté de l’hôtel mais pour les moins chanceux, c’est devant la réception entre les voitures des clients. Il n’est pas pas aisé de prendre sa voiture en journée pour se balader car il faut demander aux autres clients de bouger leurs autos pour sortir. Sinon, hôtel récent, très bien situé et propre.

Un hotel magnifique, tres bien entretenu et avec de la literie mais également un petit déj de qualité. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant et tres humain. Le seul bémol reste l'accès en voiture qui n'est pas le plus pratique, mais l'hôtel en lui même vaut vraiment le coup. Je recommande vivement le restaurant avec la vue le soir, c'est à couper le souffle.

The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything above that are residences. they offered me another room on the same floor but that doesn't solve the problem because all the noise is the same. also the person next door was vomiting profusely at 5: 00am and I could hear that. since I felt I couldn't get away from the noise, I decided to leave and go to another place. The manager wasn't in that day. she doesn't speak any English. The guy at the bar speaks some English. so communication is a real problem at this place. went back the next day. the manager is not there again. she's hardly ever there. went back the second day and she told me she wasn't giving me a refund via email. I reported them to hotels.com about their false advertising. it's not soundproof, you don't get a coffee tea hot pot. I asked for one. I never got it. I never saw the ironing board. that too is also listed as an amenity. I do not recommend these apartments. they're noisy. there's a bar downstairs on the the ground floor adding to noise.
