'As with any historic hotel, one should not expect everything to be shiny and perfect. That being said, this hotel is pretty well maintained, and its charm makes up for the cracks in the walls. The location can’t be beat! Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely view overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. '

'Our room and all of hotel and grounds were very clean, the most important thing to me. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of choices. I would definitely stay there again.'

'It was definitely higher class then most hotels nearby. However, it does suck that there is a cemetery right beside it; so, depending on the room that's the view you get. Also, I thought it was supposed to have a pool, but I wasn't able to locate it.'
