« The location was perfect for us. We were there for fishing trip with our little family. I love that we are able to save money by cooking on a full kitchen. The only suggestion that I have it would have been nice to have plastic plates for the kids but no biggie. I was just afraid of the kids breaking any plates. The box fan were perfect. Lovely place. »

« This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back! »

« Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money. »

« This “Abode by the sea” was a GEM! Arriving was nice and easy, and the instructions on parking left by the owners was very easy to understand and was much appreciated as this home has a shared driveway. Accessing the home was easy as well, as they also left instructions on how to reach the rental entrance, as well as how to enter and connect to their WIFI. The entire home was SO warm and cozy! It felt like a little cottage! No harsh lighting, no crazy stark white walls! It was so easy to make...
