'Great building and apartment/rooms, all new and great shape, quiet. As this is a digital only property there is no flexibility like a regular hotel, no early check-in (this was the most frustrating, as if a regular hotel doesn't have rooms available early, at least you can sit in the lobby and relax or work while you wait, here you cannot access the building at all until 10 mins before 4pm, or late checkouts. Questions are handled promptly through their portal.'
