'Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it.'

Somehow reservation got mixed signals between the property and Expedia, so had to stay in a downgraded room for the first night because my room was occupied and then switch rooms the next day, host was remorseful and tried his best to fix. Parking leaves a lot to be desired and there was an abandoned car taking up space that was needed. Room was spotless but didn’t come once during the week to clean, refresh amenities.
