The house was exactly what we were hoping for, 4 adults in town for the RTJ Trail. Nice, clean, and close to downtown. Communication with Daniel was excellent. We were not planning on using the day bed, which was the only issue we had. It just about collapsed with any weight on it and needs to be replaced if anyone intends to sleep on it.

This is charming historic home that was originally built in the 1940s. It has been updated throughout the years and has modern amenities including central air and a dishwasher. The home is nostalgic, but has plenty of room It is located in a quite neighborhood that is conveniently located to downtown and highwaysWe enjoyed being able to stay in a quite neighborhood rather than being crowed into two hotel rooms. Loved this little gem!

This house was perfect for our family’s 2 night stay in Birmingham. The location was close to everything we needed, shopping, restaurants, and Samford University.
