« This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« This was our second time celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary at Seven Oaks, and as always, the overall atmosphere was lovely. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room prep this stay. We found trash inside the nightstand, the bathroom bin was full, and the candle by the tub was non-functional. I did attempt to message the staff during our stay to resolve this, but unfortunately, I never received a response. We truly love this property and will definitely be back, but we...

« The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things...
