Executive Retreat

The executive team thoroughly enjoyed spending a couple days at this home away from home. The owner of this property put a lot of thought into making the vacation property feel welcoming and fun! I highly recommend this property for your vacation rental needs.

Stealaway Bay stole our hearts!!

The property is so amazing! Right on the lake as pictured with amazing views. We try to spend one week a year as family disconnected for the craziness of the world and this was just what we needed! The four bedrooms all with their own baths was a bonus. The beds are comfortable and the teens loved having the bunk beds and game room as their own little hideaway. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to hang out in and fully stocked which made cooking so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come back!

Nice location, some issues

The location of the property right on the lake was lovely. For the amount of money we paid per night I expected there to be soap, Kleenex, shampoo etc in the bathrooms. Also, one should note that at this property you have to put all of your trash in your car and drive it to a dumpster. We have stayed at other properties in Big Bear that have management companies that take care of this. For the price point on this rental we should not have had to put our trash in our car. The actual house was comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend the weekend.

Great Getaway!

Beautiful home on the lake within easy walking distance to the Village. Bedrooms are all en suite, which was an unexpected benefit during the pandemic. Great views and dog friendly. Our large family group thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. Instructions for the thermostat and double ovens would be helpful. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend this home.

Amazing Stay
