'Prima hotel en supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ook leuk dat we ontbijt kregen. Echt prima met fruitsalade, yoghurt en eieren!'

'Het is een motel oude stijl. Kleine kamers, minimale voorzieningen. Gehorig dus belangrijk of andere gasten al dan niet rumoerig zijn. Douchecabine camping formaat, klein en verwaarloosd. Gunstig gelegen. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Wifi niet gebruikt, want geen password gekregen en vanwege één nacht verblijf ook niet nagevraagd. Receptie dame vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wel schoon. Zitten buiten op veranda is een plus.'

'Niet bijzonder, heeft echt flinke renovatie nodig, Heel basic ontbijt. Alleen de zwembaden en de hot tub werden welgewaardeerd.'

'the man at the reception didn't like his job very much. I didn't care that he wore a furhat the whole day but the only word that came out of him during our stay was "room". No hello, nothing. Very uninterested. Bad PR...'

'The Beach House Inn is a very nice property in a terrific location. We chose a lower priced room, so looked out onto the parking lot. Overall, our stay was great and we really enjoyed it. There were only two detractors and they're here for information; not to prevent anyone from choosing this property. It's an older building and the walls are quite thin. We were privy to the conversation of our next door neighbors (and they were just speaking to each other in a normal tone; not being loud)....

'I like the location and the beautiful ocean views. I also like the fresh seafood in the nearby restaurants. I don’t like the services. At check in, the representative told us wrong room number. Since we couldn’t open the room door, we walked back and forth twice between the main building and the Coveside building to “fix the key”. Finally they figured out the room number was wrong! Totally We spent 1 hour on check in. This is my worst check in experience EVER. On day 2, the cleaning...

'beds where great!'

'We went to pick up our room key and my husband was told he could not check us in because our room was in my name ! Then she was quite unfriendly while spouting off all the rules and made me feel like I was out to steal towels and ruin the room . The room we got into was not at all comfortable to sit in as the two hardwood chairs that we had were under a tv in a small space with a bed the size of the room , very soft and awkward , one plug in spot and small table with a Walmart fridge , hot plate...

'This was my husband and I first stay at Drakes Island and we loved it. The staff and the cottage was amazing. This is our new place to stay in Wells. We will be back next year!'

'Ruime kamer, mooie badkamer. Schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima. ‘S avonds Kun je nog thee en koffie krijgen. Niet in de buurt van grote stad, maar voor doorreis is het prima.'

'The hotel room was very clean and had lots of soft towels! Our room was fabulous and had a private hot tub on the patio and a gorgeous ocean view. The hotel staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. I hope to return next summer!'

'This is a great little spot on the west side of the boardwalk and pier. Very short walk to everything! Not right on the beach but directly across the street. The hotel offers beach chairs and other beach equipment such as pails and shovels and boogie boards for guest use. Peter and Lisa are delightful! There is a pool and an awesome BBQ area in the back with tables and chairs, grills microwave and toaster, utensils and condiments. We'll definitely be back!'

'Bathroom smells like pee. When room above used the bathroom you could hear it really bad in our room. Also 3 times someone tried to open our door by mistake. Very unnerving'
