'This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing. Our room was cleaned in a timely manner. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we had a view of the pool area, which i requested. The food was delicious and the bar staff was awesome. While the hotel staff was transporting us to the hotel we passed several road stands that sold coconut water. We didn't have any money on us at that time. But the driver was so nice, he bought the coconut water for us'

'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...
