                 As we live far from the cape of Agde, we appealed to the company "CAP CONCIERGERIE" whose delivery will include:
     -The sending of a greeting message by SMS 24 to 48h before your arrival concerning the conditions of reception
     -Home and accompaniment on the spot at the residence to go around the owner
     -Remitting keys, badge, remote control and instructions to observe during your stay
     -Recovery of a deposit check of 400 euros in the name of the owner (or cash) and a second check of 50 euros to the order of Cap Conciergerie (or cash) for the security deposit
           
 Their contractual terms and conditions are as follows:
                . The cleaning deposit of 50 euros will be requested upon arrival and will be returned if the cleanliness of housing is satisfactory. Otherwise the deposit will be cashed by Cap Conciergerie

                 . PAYMENT OF 400 € GUARANTEE DEPOSIT will be requested: either by check or in cash delivered on the day of arrival at Cap Conciergerie, at the order of the owner. These checks (or cash) will not be cashed and will be returned to you on your departure if there was no damage in the accommodation

If you want to discover this beautiful region you have the beautiful beaches Richelieu Rochelongue and the mole, the cliffs with the beach of the big conch, markets rich in flavors (near the residence on Saturday, at the Ferris wheel on Thursday and in Agde ), the very beautiful museum of the ephebe rich discoveries made on earth and at the bottom of the sea; you can also visit the Cap d'Agde with 3 circuits by small train from the Ferris wheel including the one that takes you to the top of the old volcano (at Mont St Loup), or why not visit by sea with the shuttle all the Cap d'Agde and its islands or boat to go to Fort Brescou and for the morning it will take you to Sète for the big market ....
