This two-story home with a finished basement, offers four private bedrooms and five additional bunk beds in open common areas downstairs—perfect for large families or groups. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bath. Another full bedroom is located on the second floor. Downstairs features two more bedrooms with full and queen size beds. The open-concept kitchen and large dining area are ideal for group meals, and the spacious living room is made for relaxing by the wood-burning fireplace.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home and property. Enjoy the open kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with fireplace, deck with outdoor seating, fire pit, and large yard. The home includes ample driveway parking and is fully stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Whether you`re here to ski, hike, or simply relax, this property is set up for a comfortable, worry-free stay. With smart locks on all exterior doors, check in and entry is effortless.

THE AREA
Stay in a peaceful wooded setting about 11 road miles and 20 minutes from Sunday River`s South Ridge base. Bethel`s restaurants, shops and ski services are a drive away.

For a change of pace, explore cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Bethel Village Trails or Carter`s XC Ski Center. Trail access, rentals and activities depend on operating schedules and snow conditions.

GETTING AROUND

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The pool and pool house are seasonal, open June 10 through October 1, and are not available for winter stays.

During the pool season, the pool and pool house may be shared with guests staying in the separate guest house.

PLEASE NOTE: The horse arena and pastures are off limits to guests and the road is used to access these areas of the property so that the horses can be tended to. The horses should not be approached, ever, and can be dangerous if approached. There is a noise monitor, no recording, in the living room and outside as unauthorized parties are not allowed.

Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
