'Room was noisy as our heater made a whirling noise every time it came on and continued while running.. We actually turned it way down at bedtime so we could go to sleep and not be awakened during night. There was black mold in shower. The chair in room had not been vacuumed for quite a while. I found food, money, and dirt under the seat pillow. I always lift seats to look for bugs. Thankful none there. Even drapes looked like they needed laundered.
Staff very nice and helpful. Note I did not...

'The view from our room at the back of the hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed the location to the park and we visited there every day of our stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do feel the rooms need updated, but we found beds comfortable.
My husband found the breakfast ok. I do not eat breakfast so I have no comment.
We would stay here again.'

'★★★★★ Amazing stay – thank you Kyle!
We’ve stayed in many places, but never experienced such a kind and welcoming receptionist as Kyle. He gave us an unexpected upgrade and made us feel truly valued.
The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and the entire stay was perfect thanks to him. Kyle, you made our visit unforgettable, we’ll definitely be coming back because of you. Thank you!'
