The online listing implied 4 bedrooms with 4 baths. When we arrived we found that one of the baths was a jack and Jill bath and one was a half bath. This didn’t meet the needs for some of our party, due to age, special needs etc. The host was responsive to most of our needs. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location, listing was accurate, parking fine, shopping and attractions all nearby. Only suggestion is better communication the day of check-in and some sort of welcome binder to explain how appliances, TV etc work. On final morning we found a cabinet with all the booklets.Overall, great stay!

Our family traveled from multiple states and were wonderfully surprised at how beautifully the house was furnished. Very spacious for large groups to socialize and dine. The home was spotless which always feels good to walk into and unpack and unwind. The location was great for visiting the Farmer's Market and some of the local sites. Close to the museums we wanted to visit as well. Parking was great too as there was ample space for more than 2 cars. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.Only comment is that the owner needs to adjust listing to correctly reflect bedroom arrangements.Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

Decent location, new townhome. Had all the basics, but none of the extras that many VRBO's have (welcome snacks, bottled water, body lotion, basic tolietries such as q-tips, recommendations for where to eat/what to do, printed instructions posted in the house for using appliances. tv's etc.). the VRBO listing showed four bedroom with king sized beds, which would have been ideal for our group, but one of the bedrooms had two double sized bunkbeds jammed into it making it less than ideal for the single adult who had to stay there. The people staying in the attached side had 5 cars parked across the shared platform to the driveway, making it difficult to exit in our smaller sedans. it might have been impossible to exit if we had been in larger vehicles. Owner was responsive to queries.

Stunning home with great, spread-out room for all of us. The furnishings were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need and the location was convenient and quiet. The upstairs bedrooms, den and game room were very spacious. Ample bathrooms too. Such a lovely, high-end home! It was perfect

Weekend Getaway

What a wonderful weekend we had in Bentonville in April! First of all the house was fantastic! Space for everyone! 5 bedrooms 3 full and one half bath. Private bedrooms and good gathering spaces (upstairs deck, outdoor back porch and 2 living rooms one with a pool table).Our group loved being able to visit the town and explore the biking trails, restaurants, and Crystal Bridges museum! We also loved visiting the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market!We loved everything Bentonville had to offer and when getting back to the house it was a comfortable and beautiful place to catch up and laugh with the group. I loved the entire trip especially the house and am looking forward to come back and stay there again!

Family Vacation/Gathering Holiday

Family Trip

My husband and I booked this property for a family trip - eight adults. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of spaces to spend time together to play games and visit. We walked downtown every day. Close to trails and Crystal Bridges.

Perfect

Everything was perfect about The Den! My team meets in NWA approx. once a quarter and previously stayed at a hotel. This was an experiment that went perfectly, which allowed us more time for collaboration and team cohesiveness.

Great spot—good space

The pics were accurate and the location very good. There are not four full baths as the listing suggested (two of the four bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a powder room on the ground floor) but otherwise this met all needs and expectations. There is actually a little more sleeping room than advertised though!

Great place for family to stay!

My husband and I are local to the area and hosted both of our out-of-town families for the weekend; this (huge!) house was perfect for everyone to be together yet also feel like they have their own space to relax. In addition to the many bedrooms and bathrooms, we appreciated the ample seating for everyone downstairs and four large parking spaces. The kitchen was also well-stocked with dishes, appliances, and utensils. Overall a great stay and very easy checkin/checkout process! We would definitely book again if we have visitors.

Spacious & Amazing ✨

This property was perfect for our trip! We were traveling with elderly family, my teenage daughter, friends, and myself to attend my nieces wedding. The house was very accommodating for all of our needs! Everyone had their own bedroom, all of the amenities were beautiful! It was great to have your own space and not bother anyone else, everything was clean and comfortable! The only more beautiful than this property was my Niece! Everything about our stay here was amazing! Thank you for sharing your home and making this a Beautiful Memory for our family!!✨
