Blokhutten in Bennington

'This place charmed me from the first minute. My only regret is that I don't have a dog yet, who would have had so much fun in the fenced-in wonderful yard! Just right for my solo trip, though I could have easily entertained a group on the deck. Lovely Vermont vibe!'

'Loved the stay, will stay again in the future!'

'The cabin was just what we needed! A gorgeous fall day, trees only visible from the window. The cabin had a comfortable bed, plenty of blanket and a chair. A rocker was on the porch. From this cabin, you turn right from the door and walk straight to the Bessie Woods trail. The common area had everything we needed, clean, comfortable. If you want to relax, this is pretty special!'

'Cozy as described. Minimal ammenities but all our needs were met. Shower was dark but a spare light lit it nicely. Watch your head, those over 6' tall, the overhang is cozy but bonkable.'

'Amazing place to stay. Cozy house with everything you need. Plenty of surrounding activities to do. We took the gondola to the top of Stratton Mountain and went hiking, enjoyed a local waterfall and swimming hole, and many restaurants within a short distance of the home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing my partner and I to create some special memories up in Vermont. The Guest Book was a nice little addition. I enjoyed reading through people’s stories of their stay.'

'Overall our group had a great time! I would definitely stay here again in the future.A couple things I would want to know as a guest:-the dish soap was empty, sponge was quite gross--we ended up buying our own-the pots were scraped up and seemingly dirty (maybe from metal utensils?) so we bought a cheap pot-low on toilet paper--we ran out the morning we leftTo be fair we didn't bother the host with these issues as they had simple solutions, and the host was very responsive'

'The property was gorgeous, the amenities were fantastic, from the free use of kayaks and paddleboards to the jacuzzi to the firepit in front of the cabin. cabin. It was very nice to be able to use the on site laundry and to have firewood provided. The kitchen is very nicely equipped and the cookware is very good quality. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again!!!'

'The cabin was very clean and offered everything we needed for our ski vacation! Access to the ski mountain was very close which was great! '
