This Sunriver home is immaculate and artfully decorated. There is even a hot tub and four passes to SHARC!

Located close to the Village at Sunriver, plus restaurants, lodge, pool, marina, stables and Nature Center, this is the ideal location. This lovely condo is decorated in vintage Russell wood furniture. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and the loft has a pyramid bunk. There are two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and newly decorated. This home sleeps five guests.

The living room with fireplace will be a favorite gathering place. Whether you prefer days filled with activity or a schedule somewhat more relaxed, you'll find everything you desire at Meadow House 11. Watch a movie on the TV, or prepare a meal in the full kitchen, which has a coffee maker and dishwasher. There's a washer and dryer, as well as WiFi, for convenience.

Spread a blanket and picnic on your back lawn and enjoy your oversized hot tub to stargaze with your favorite person. Truly a dream come true, the Meadow House Condos will call you back time and time again.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Stains all over the carpet. WiFi didn’t work. ANTS EVERYWHERE. I guess that is what you get for 600 for a weekend in sunriver. Will seriously reconsider staying at a vacasa residence.

Well stocked, but needs updates.

This house had a well stocked kitchen, towels, wood for the fireplace, dishes, etc. We loved that. It was pretty clean, just one dirty dish in the cupboard and some bird poop and tree matter in the hot tub. But those weren't a big deal. The one big thing that bothered us was the matresses. They were horribly uncomfortable, especially the one in the main bedroom. There are indents on each side of the mattress like its really old. It made it really hard for us to get good rest on our trip.

Very old dated rugs, Not much to do, SHARC indoor pool not open, detours to get to house, Lava caves not open, faucet in bathroom shower was falling apart, livingroom furniture very uncomfortable. Need to bring filters & coffee for pot, no Keurig.Location was good, bed comfortable.

Walking distance to Sunriver resort

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, and well equipped. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace equipped with a gas log lighter. We really liked the look of the rustic furniture but the seats in the living room are extremely uncomfortable (we spent most of our time sitting at the kitchen table instead) and the TV is small and of poor quality. We were excited to visit the SHARC facility but found it offers very limited times for indoor swimming in the winter months so we were not able to use it. I think we'll return to visit in the summer months but unfortunately will probably rent a different unit that has more comfortable furniture.

Get Away

I had a relaxing time at this property. It was clean and ready for my visit. Easy access and great WiFi. A little outdated and showing some signs of wear and tear, chipped cups. Downstairs bathroom dark and wash cloths/towels thin. Next time I would bring my own. But it would not stop me from renting this place again. Loved that I could turn the heat down at night and sleep in a cool room. Kitchen well stocked.

When we arrived the lighting was dismal making challenging to see where to park. On the inside the carpet was pretty worn down in fact at the entrance the nail board was showing with about 1" gap between the carpet and the entrance floor. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit in. The back of the sofa and chairs were really low making it hard to relax and lounge. The lighting in the bathrooms were dismal as well making it challenging for my girlfriend to put on her makeup. I did like the rustic furniture however. I would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it to friends and family. It is in dire need of upgrades and new carpet.

The condo was nothing like the pictures, it was old an out of date. The cabinets, counter tops, and flooring are old an need to be replaced. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the internet only worked part of the time. We will not be staying in this unit again.

Loved the location for walking and biking. Parking extremely limited, needed to use village parking. Nice decor and equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and laundry room! Screen doors and lining on bunk bed need repair. We had a great time.

Second time at Meadow House 11

We really like the location of this property, being close enough to The Village to walk to it in 10 minutes. Also, the bedroom on the main floor with the King bed is great. They got a new stove, which is great. Could use a real good carpet cleaning and/or replacement of the carpet on the main floor. Lighting is insufficient in all but the kitchen. Love the hot tub. Would stay again.
