Step outside to the deck with bench seating, a grill, and a firepit where you can start or end your day outdoors. The home sleeps 4 guests across 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed. One full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in-unit. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. High-speed WiFi throughout. This is a 30-night minimum stay property, designed for remote workers, contract professionals, and anyone looking to experience Bend at a slower pace. Winter guests have quick access to Mt Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding. Summer brings endless opportunities for hiking, biking, paddleboarding on Cascade Lakes, and exploring the volcanic landscapes that make Central Oregon unforgettable.

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with year-round road access. A third bedroom and bathroom are locked and not available for guest use.





🌿 The home is close to Bend Golf Club, a private course that may allow cross-club play (contact the club directly for eligibility). Public courses like Widgi Creek Golf Club are within a short drive. Walking and biking trails are minutes away, connecting you to Bend's extensive trail network. Downtown Bend is a 10-minute drive, where you'll find Deschutes Brewery, 10 Barrel Brewing, and dozens of restaurants and cafes along Wall Street and Galveston Avenue. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with a summit trail and 360-degree views, is about 5 minutes by car. The High Desert Museum, showcasing Central Oregon's natural and cultural history with live wildlife exhibits, is roughly 10 minutes south on Highway 97. Cascade Lakes Highway leads west to a string of alpine lakes for boating, fishing, and paddling in summer.



Getting Around:

Bend is located on Highway 97 in Central Oregon. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is about a 30-minute drive west via the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is approximately 20 minutes north. Downtown Bend is roughly 10 minutes by car. Smith Rock State Park, known for world-class rock climbing and hiking, is about 30 minutes north. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and the Lava River Cave are roughly 15 minutes south on Highway 97. A car is recommended for getting around Central Oregon and accessing trailheads, ski areas, and outdoor recreation.
