Our stay at 3 Mulligan was comfortable and had everything we needed for our party of two families with kids! We enjoyed the close proximity to trails for biking daily (note the home is close to 3 mi from the house to the Sunriver Village, about 15 min ride), use of the hot tub on the deck, use of the SHARC passes to go swimming and use of the adult bikes. The linens were clean and the floors and bathrooms were clean as well. Given these awesome amenities, we did have a couple of blunders (the toaster was a fire hazard, the coffee maker wasn't working and the bathroom downstairs wasn't giving hot water), but the team was quick to respond when I notified them and were there to fix these items ASAP. We appreciated their quick attention to these matters! The home itself is not fussy, but lived in with evidence of wear & tear over the years. However, the home was great for our families to explore Sunriver, and we'd consider staying there again. Thank you Arrived for your great communication during our stay!

We felt the house is on need of lots of updates and felt cluttered with art, decor, furniture, wine crates, Knicknacks. The photos look great but when we got there we felt overwhelmed with old furniture, really worn coffee tables, patio furnishings mismatched, couches run down and uncomfortable. Lots of dust, spider webs. The master closet was so full of stuff, it was difficult to usr as a guest. The tv remotes are missing the backside and the batteries were dead in multiple rooms. We had to message to get them delivered the next day... so no tv for a night. The patio needs sanding and painting. Very worn. Made everyone wear shoes so they didnt hurt their feet. But it is a good dog friendly house. The location is good. Check in was easy.

Beautiful location, needs a deep clean asap

This place was in a beautiful location. It was, however, extremely dirty. The cleaning company should be fired. There were layers of dust in the kitchen under the glasses, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the rugs and furniture were so gross. There was animal stains in two of the bedroom carpets, and it smelled of urine. We loved the size of the house and the location, but, due to the cleanliness, I would never stay at this location again.

We had a great time in the home. Although it could use some updates and TLC, for the price point and location, you can't go wrong. It was a great for a group of 4 couples, clean, close to lots of trails and we enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Last minute adventure paradise

Our last minute Spring Break trip chasing the best weather for adventure was a success! The house had more to offer than we needed. It’s an absolute gem for large families looking to have fun outdoors and the. cook and relax in a home away from home.

Great stay but it needs some maintenance and deep cleaning.

My family and I stayed here for 7 days and we had an overall great experience. Everything was fairly clean and well organized. The house was well stocked with living necessities. The washer was leaking but it was replaced while we were staying there and it was well communicated when it happened. However it wasn’t all good, we were only able to use 7 of the 8 adults bikes because 1 had a flat tire and no replacement inner tube and the furniture was old and dirty. Despite this, the house was nice and spacious even though we had 10 people staying there and it had really easy access to the walking trails.
