The main bathroom had spiderwebs and dead bugs behind the door. Another area in the bathroom had hair and dirt near the tub. The tub was not clean unfit to shower in. 'Unfortunately, after completing the booking, I never received the entry code. On the day of arrival, I sent the host a message through the VRBO app but did not receive a response. I then contacted VRBO, and their attempts to reach the host were also unsuccessful.VRBO ultimately issued a refund. While en route to the destination, I was able to secure a hotel instead.
