Lovely Retro 2BR 2.5BA In Quiet Neighborhood

Are you a professional traveling to our area for work? Our comfortable retro home has had a full renovation with guests` long-term comfort in mind. My great uncle built the home, and we are the third generation to enjoy it. We hope you will experience the home as a haven during your stay.

The home is spacious with 2,000 square feet of living space with ensuite bedrooms at each end of the house for privacy of guests. Everything has been stylishly updated for a comfortable long-term stay.

The kitchen, with breakfast nook, is large and bright with all the amenities: large gas stove and oven, an electric oven, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave and all tools, pans, plates, cutlery.

The gas-powered wood-burning fireplace will make the great room a cozy treat on cooler nights, when you`re enjoying free time watching a game or a movie on the large screen TV. There`s a reading nook in the corner of the dining room area. The dining table seats six.

The bedrooms are fully furnished with linens and the queen beds have high-quality mattresses for a wonderful night`s rest.

Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite bath. The primary bedroom`s ensuite features an over-sized shower, seated vanity, as well as a toilet and brightly lit sink area. Both have a ton of storage.

There`s a two-piece powder room (half bath) off the great room for guest comfort.

Centrally located, this home is close to drug & grocery stores, the medical district, downtown, and Dowlen Rd. commercial area. We are just a few minutes from the hospitals, and about 15-20 minutes from Mid-County (Nederland/Port Neches)

1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. PETS ARE ALLOWED on a case-by-case basis and must be approved ahead of time: If approved, $150 fee for a short term stay, and $250 for 30+ days
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the home. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
